Back To School Parent Night next Wednesday, August 22.  From 6:00 – 6:40 all Kinder, 1st and 2nd grade teachers will provide critical information about classroom policies, procedures and plans that will help you support your child in having a successful school year. From 6:50 – 7:30 3rd, 4th and 5th grade teachers will do the same thing.  We will also be holding 2 separate elections that evening as well. Our PTA Board Election Meeting will be held in the MPR at 5:00.  Parents will also have an opportunity to cast their vote for School Site Council representatives in the MPR any time between 6:00 and 8:00.  Remember, this is an adult only evening. Please make other arrangements for your children.

Online enrollment is the first step to enroll a new student and is intended to save you time.  You must have a valid home address within the Central School District boundaries to use this system.  Once the online process is finished and submitted, the student's information is electronically sent to the school and you will be able to complete the enrollment process at the school site. Please print and sign your online paperwork. To make an appointment to complete your enrollment process and submit the necessary documents, please contact Laurie Favero at 909-980-1600.

 

Enrollment is not complete until all required paperwork is submitted to the school office. 

  • Two Proof's of Residency (An Affidavit of Shared Residency will be required if living with another family)
  • Proof of birthdate (birth certificate/hospital certificate/passport)
  • Immunization records
  • IEP OR 504 (if applicable)
